For years, my friends and acquaintances who follow my travels on social media have been asking me, “So when are you going to write a book?”

Well, I don’t know how to do that. I don’t know how to write a book. I don’t know yet if I even know how to blog. I’m just a 30-something out in the world who gets more pleasure from having experiences than from having “things”.

I decided to finally put this website together because another thing my friends kept telling me was that I inspired them to get out in the world more, and that I was always giving them ideas because I’m good at finding varied things to do and see wherever I go. I believe getting out and experiencing the world is one of the best things a person can do for themselves. If I can help inspire people to do that, then that’s a win for me.

I love traveling domestically and internationally. I love luxury travel and budget travel. I love beautiful expanses of nature and quirky tourist traps. I love road trips, geocaching, and getting stamps for my National Parks passport book. And the thing that really matters here: I love doing travel research. That is why I believe I can help YOU find plenty of things that will interest you. Because there’s something for everyone.

This site is still in its very early stages and will be ever-evolving as I continue to research and take notes. I can’t wait to share what I find with all of you.
